The pieces on Baroque were inspired by Michael Nyman's score for the film The_Draughtsman's Contract, Peter Greenaway's first conventional feature film, which blew me away when I first saw it. I also love the work of The Kronos Quartet.
The Contract was used by the BBC for a political programme for younger people called "Youth Parliament", presented by James Naughtie on Radio 4.
